Create a best practice sustainability communications guide for global brand and communications managers across the brand portfolio.
What we did
We developed a bespoke communications model that identified the most appropriate sustainability topics for each brand within the client’s portfolio. The model also included examples of best practice, along with advice on how to work with the legal and compliance teams and key steps to avoid greenwashing. We brought this to life with a programme of engagement and training across the organisation.
