Shaping a sustainability roadmap for Greene King
For Greene King to meet its goal to become a positive force for good and identify and further refine wide-ranging ESG-related activities in order to create a roadmap to help prioritise product, format, and operational changes.
What we did
By using an integrated approach with AI analysis, and qualitative and quantitative methodologies, we were able to explore current perceptions and behaviours with a detailed understanding of the ‘why’ behind the numbers to guide the rollout of ESG initiatives in the pub.
The results of this project have been used to inform strategy across the UK and will be used over years to come to help them fulfill their ambitious ESG targets, allowing the business to credibly position itself as a leader in sustainability.
